their field and the enthusiasm they generate has kept our technical department fully stretched to
keep up with their challenges. This partnership is invaluable to Harbro and we regularly involve
these key customers in research and development programmes. Even in the current depressed
agricultural environment, these customers continue to strive for improved technical efficiency.
We do all we can do to respond
We forge a strong bond with our customers and this is strengthened by regular farm visits,
foreign study tours and seminars organised with leading figures in the industry. These events
focus the thoughts of producers on key areas of management and allow them to fully understand and
experience the global perspective of agricultural issues.
