Human Resources Administrator

We are looking for a pro-active HR Administrator, ideally with previous experience in providing Human Resources administrative support and experience of using recruitment and selection systems.

 

This role based at Markethill, Turriff will support the Human Resources team and actively support the Harbro Company Values.  This role will assist in implementation of enhanced HR systems to streamline both internal and external facing systems ensuring compliance to HR policy and process at all times.

 

The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organisation.  Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft products, have excellent IT and analytical skills and thus demonstrate great focus and attention to detail
