Harbro Horse Ambassador, Rosa Onslow

“Our plans for the coming season are well underway – the horses’ coats are gleaming and they are really starting to muscle up. I know that their diet could not be better.”

When I look back on 2019, I can’t believe how much my horses have given me. I think we are a good team, but they have definitely bailed me out on more than one occasion – I owe them big time!

Now 2020 is here, our plans for the coming season are well underway. If the way they look means anything, we have an exciting time ahead. Their coats are gleaming and they are really starting to muscle up. Last month saw me under the dressage microscope with Ian Woodhead, putting both Kaiser and Sunny through their paces. I have also had two show jumping lessons with 4 time Olympian Ian Stark. I am so lucky to be able to have lessons from these 2 coaches. They really are the best of the best, and both said how well my horses are looking.

Finally, I took Sunny and Kaiser off to Alnwick Ford Equestrian Centre for their first show jumping competition of the season. Both jumped clear although I kept the pressure off. Five year old Crispy also jumped clear in the 1metre class. There is plenty of time for that as the new season approaches.

I am so grateful to Harbro for their support. No matter what happens, I know that their diet could not be better and that this should translate into good performance. An all-round training programme will continue ahead of the event season starting in March!
