Harbro Country Stores Returns Policy

YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS:
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement or repair where the goods are faulty.

OUR POLICY:
In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to return goods if you simply change your mind. Please return the unused goods to us with the original till receipt within 14 days and we will offer you a refund or an exchange. Card refunds must be supported by the purchasing card to receive the refund. Damaged or used items will not be accepted.

EXCEPTIONS:
Animal Feed (All Species) : If the product has been opened, unless faulty cannot be returned.
Animal Medicines: Medicines cannot be returned once they have left our premises

Extended Returns Policy: Goods purchased in December 2025 can be returned up until the 17th of January 2026, apart from the usual exceptions.
