Our Business and Organisational Structure

The Harbro Group, made up of Harbro Limited, Strathclyde Nutrition Ltd and Transpan Ltd, provides innovative high quality livestock solutions, the business trades throughout the UK and internationally. With a manufacturing capacity of 270,000 tonnes from sites based in Scotland and a fleet of vehicles to support delivery.

A fleet of vehicles offers convenient and efficient on-farm mobile milling, mixing and processing, which allows farmers to utilise home-grown materials.

In addition, Harbro Ltd also has a network of retail country stores throughout Scotland supplying both the farming and wider rural community.

Our Anti-Slavery Policy

We acknowledge responsibility to the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and will ensure transparency, not just within our organisation but also with suppliers of goods and services. These, as well as the suppliers of services, make up the supply chain within our Company.

We are committed to driving out acts of modern day slavery and human trafficking within our business and that from within our supply chains, including sub-contractors, and partners.

The Company will not support or deal with any business knowingly involved in slavery or human trafficking.  In the event we suspect a breach of The Modern Slavery Act 2015, we would report the perpetrator and cease trading with them immediately.

The Company Directors shall take responsibility for ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place within the organisation or within any of its supply chains.  As part of this responsibility we commit to:

This statement will be reviewed and published annually.
